. - Booking conditions

Below there are the rules of reservation, payment and cancellation of tours, transportation and other travel services provided by DariaTour (Firm) on the website www.belarus.dariatour.com.


1. Client sends a request for booking a service to the email address info.dariatour@gmail.com.

2. The  firm will send the reply (refusal or acceptance of the request)  within 48 hours.

3. The firm sends detailed information about the order: the type and amount of booked services, their cost, implementation period, the period of payment and cancellation.

4. The company sends an invoice for payment after all the details of services are coordinated with the Client.

5. In case the Client does not pay for travel services on time, the Firm shall be entitled to cancellation of  the reservation.

6. The Firm accepts payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron,MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic and Maestro


1. After receiving confirmation of the reservation customer has to pay on the basis of invoice.

2. Payment is made by the Client in 100% not later than 7 days before the tourist services start.

3. The service will be provided by the Company only after making full payment by the Client.

4. If the Firm and the client specify other forms of payment the points above do not apply.

Cancellation Policy

1. Customer can refuse the service until 7 days prior to the service start without any additional costs.  In case of payment by credit card, the amount will be transferred back to the card.

2. Customer can refuse the service during the period of less than 7 days before the tour. In this instance the Client pays a fine:  7-6 days - 25% of the cost of booked services, 5-4 days - 50% of the cost of booked services, 3-2 days - 75% of the cost of booked services, if the request is canceled 24 hours before the tour - 100% of the cost of booked services.

3. In the case of no-show without warning, the Customer pays a penalty of 100% of services.


1. Complaints for not rendered or not enough quality service accepted  in writen form to the representative of the firm on the route, a copy is sent to the head office within 7 days from the end of service. Complaints are processed within 4 weeks from the date of receipt. During this time both sides inform each other in written form about their decision. If the claim is found to be justified it will be compensated.

1. When the Customer books  tours the Firm require some personal information for the system (name, surname, email address).

2. Personal information is used only for  billing, enabling customers to realize the payment for the service.

3. All personal data is provided to us only with the full Clients consent.

4. Client's personal data are not recorded and is not stored in the database, and will not be transferred to the third part without Customer's agreement. Personal data will be deleted after 12 months after the implementation of services by the Company. The Company also guarantees the confidentiality of personal information in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection from 29 August 1997 (Laws 2002, ¹ 101, para. 926).

5. The company is making all the technical possibilities to protect  personal data of the Customers from unauthorized access.

6. The Firm is not responsible for the personal information written in guest book on the web site www.belarus.dariatour.com
